Chopped Strand Mat

    Chopped strand mat is made of chopped strands of 50mm in length, which are evenly dispersed and bond together with polyester binder.

    The product has the characterristics of good wetting ability, even thickness and low production cost, etc.. It is used in the hand lay-up process for such FRP products as laminates, boats, complete set of bathing equipment, automotive parts and cooling tower, etc..

Stitch-bonded Chopped Strand Mat

    Stitch-bonded chopped strand mat is a fabric made by cutting the continuous strands into certain length and stitching together with polyester threads.

    Stitch-bonded chopped strand mat can be used in pultrusion process, open lay-up, and resin transfer molding(RTM) process. The end products are: boat shells, automotive parts, laminates, and structural shapes, etc..

Stitch-bonded Fiberglass Fabric

    Stitch-bonded  fiberglass  fabric is a  kind of  multilayer  composite  made from roving . Each layer is arranged uni-directionally and parallelly in 0°, 90°, ±45° directions . With one outer layer  of  chopped  strands , multiaxial fabric , mat and multilayer fabric can be produced.

    Stitch-bonded fabric can  be used  in pultrusion process,open lay-up,and resin transfer molding (RTM) process.The end products are:boat shells, automotive parts , laminates , doors of vehicles and structural shapes, etc..
