This kind of fiberglass sleeving is the non-alkali fiberglass braided sleeving coated with polyvinyl chloride resin. It is produced with the process of thermoplasticization.

The heat-treatment sleeving is a non-alkali fiberglass braided sleeving with wax refined out and weaves set. Then imprignated with silicone. It possesses the characteristic of tensile strength. It can be used as an excellent insulating material for the wiring of electrical machinery and appliances and domestic electrical appliances.
Length: 1000+20mm 1000+10mm (Continuous length may be negotiated.)
Appearance: Ten sleeving is round and smooth with a . white surface.
Heat rresistance: The sleeving will not harden and give off any smoke at the temperature of 50010C in a stove.

VG-202 Fiberglass Sleeving for Carbon Brush (In accordance with Shanghai Q/JB1500-85)
The fiberglass sleeving for carbon brush is a non-alkali fiberglass braided sleeving coated with adhesive. It possesses excellent flexibility and smooth cut. It can be used as a cover for the pigtail of a carbon brush.
Length: 1000+20mm 1000-10mm.
Appearance: The sleeving is not sticky. There are no lines and blots on the surface but small pellets may appear due to glass thread sleeving. It’s colour is black or dark, and no any clearly sign of discolouration.
Heat resistance: When it cools down after being kept in a box with a constant temperature of 130±2oC for 24 hours and is wound around the specific mandrel, it’s coating will no crack.
Twist resistance: When the sleeving is cut and the new end is twisted ten times by fingers, the crosscut will not get loose by two inter-sections of braid.
Compatibility of wire’s colour: The colour of the wire insreted inside the sleeving should be compatible with the colour it was uninserted. |

Non-alkali Fiberglass Cloth (In accordance with Shanghai Q/JB 2785-85)
Non-alkali fiberglass cloth abbreviated as non-alkali cloth can be used as strengthening material for electrical insulating mica products, electrical insulating coating cloth and tape , and for glass reinforced plastics. Non-aldali cloth made fron aluminium boron silicate glass contains less than 0.8% of alkali metal oxide. Parafin wax emulsion is used to humidify when the fiberglass is produced. The amount of the emuls on used should be less than 2.2%. Whetner the emulsion or its amount is to be changed can be negotiated.
Remark:
Each bolt of cloth can be connected only twice. but each plece longer than 50 meters. |

Epoxy Resin Treated Fiberglass Web Unidirectional Banding type
Epoxy Resin Treated Fiberglass Banding Tape with web structure is an ideal banding material for applying to the electrical machines and transformers. This banding tape is not only oliable and slightly tacky but also can be unwinded freely fron the spool without glass strands, separation and overlapping. When it is pulled open the web structure will appear and the width of the tape may be extended to over twice the size of the original. It also can be storaged for one year at the temperature of 5C. In addition this product possesses its distinctive characteristics of high tensile strength high resistance to shocks high moduius of elasticity and low percent elongation at Break as well no magnetically-confining and eddy losses.
