Fiberglass Sleeving Coated with Acrylic Resin (In accordance with Shanghai Q/JB 3131-83)
Fiberglass sleeving coated with acrylic resin is manufactured with non-alkali fiberglass braided sleeving and coated with a layer of acrylic resin, and then thermosetted to form B grade insulating sleeving. It possesses reliable heat resistamce, good qualities of dielectric, fair softness and elasticity. Benzene resistance and , oil resistance. It can be used for wiring insulation and as mechanic protection for electrical machinery, electrical appliances, electrical instruments, wireless sets and domestic electrical appliances.
Length: 1000+20mm 1000-10mm
Appearance: Smooth surface, clear and neat ends.
Elasticity: (1) When the temperature is 205C and the relative humidity is 655%, the coating of the sleeving should not crack or apper detached after the sleeving has been wound around the specified mandrel for an hour.
(2) The coating should not crack or appear detached after, the sleeving has been freated for 2 hours at a temperature of 10 to 15C below zero.
(3) After the sleeving has been treated at a tempeerature of 1302C for 24 hours and is wound around a specific mandrel at the room temperature of 202C its coating should not crack or appear detacked.
Oil resistanck: The coating should not crack or appear detached after the sleeving has been depped in transformer oil for 24 hours at a temperature of 1052C. But the colour of the sleeving is allowed to grow darker.
Benzene resistance The coating of the sleeving should not be stichy or show delamination whem the sleeving has been kept in methylbenzene at a normal atmospheric temperature for 4 hours.
Remark:
(1) The softness of type II is superior to type I Its dielectric properties can be as good as those of type I’s, after it has been treated at a temperature of 150C for more than 60 minutes.
(2) The breakdown voltage for sleeving , whose inner diameter is or below 1.5mm, should not be lower than 75% of the specified voltage. |
