C-DH MAT (Roofing mat )
C-DH mat is mainly used as substrates for water-proof roofing materials. It is characterized by high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, water resistance, high peoosity and easy satyration by bitumen. The longitudinal strength and tear resistance can be imptoved further by incorporating reinforcements into the mat across its whole width. Perforated mat is also available when the mat comes out from a particular punch process. The asphalt roll roofing ssubstrated with C-DH mat can overcome peoblems existing with paper felt such as low-temperature cracking, high-temperature melting, liable to aging, rotting and leaking. Other advantages with C-DH mat substrated roofing are high strength, execllent uniformity, good weathering performance, leaking resistance, simplified process and longer life time. C-DH mat is an ideal substrate material for asphalt roofing rolls and shingles. C-DH mat can also act as the lining for roof insulation layers to protect polymer foam insulation from the damaging effect caused by chemical solvents in bitumen so as to prolong the lifetime of heat insulation layer.
C-PM MAT (Pipe wrap mat)
C-PM mat is used as base material for anti-corrosion wrapping on steel pipelines that buried undergroud for oil or gas transportation. It is characterized by high tensile strength, good flexibility, uniform thickness, solvent resistance, moisture resistance, non-rotting and flame retardation. C-S & BMT MAT (FRP surfacing mat )
C-S & BMT mat is mainly used in the surface layers of FRP products. It is characterized by uniform fiber dispersion, smooth surface, soft hand-feeling, low binder content, fast resin impregnation and good mould obedience. This line of product falls into two categories: wrap type C-Sxx30 series and hand lay-up BMT series. The wrap type FRP surfacing mat is most suitable for wrapping FRP pipes and vessels because it is capable of significantly improving the performances of surface layer to realize longer lifetime and resistance against corrosion, leakage and compression. The hand lay-up FRP products as it is capable of covering up the texture of underlayers to create high gloss surface that gives rise to improved strength and corrosion resistance. The surfacing mats in these two categories are also applicable to other FRP moulding processes such as press moulding, spary-up, centrufugal rotating moulding, etc.
C-SAB MAT (Battery separator mat)
C-SAB mat is mainly used as substrate for lead-acid battery separator plate. It is characterized by smooth surface, uniform thickness, low DC mass resistivty, high absorption capacity, good acid resistance, low content of deoxidized KmnO4 organic substance and impurity as well as proper stiffness. The compound separator plate made of C-SAB mat with PVC or rubber coating has the advantages of separator plates possesses stronger starting power and longer lifetime so that it has become a trend to replace the traditional separator plate with this novel compound plate made of glassfiber and rubber/PVC. C-PCB Mat (PCB mat)
PCB glassfiber mat is specially used as the base material in the copper-cladded laminate of type CEM-3.
